I was very pleased with IT Computer Services. Michael responded to my initial phone call and was prompt in returning all subsequent phone calls and texts. Something that is refreshing in today's business world. He was timely in repairing my computer and discussed the price, what he needed to do, and the time schedule. He was sensitive to the fact I used it for business and needed ASAP. After he completed the work there was still and issue with my printer but he worked with me over the phone and ultimately a visit to his house was needed to correct the problem. He was very patient with my questions and in resolving my computer problems. Just took my Asus gaming laptop in to replace the internal keyboard and backing, as well as a deep cleaning. They were not only very professional and were able to go above and beyond handling my equipment, and getting it back to me in a timely manner. Very stand up people I shook both their hands when I met. Gave them two iPhones and did a full diagnostic work on them. Saved me from buying an extra charging port.
